If your item arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing issue, we’ll be happy to offer you a replacement or refund. There will be a shipping charge on returned items.

When you contact us, kindly include:

          -Your order number

          -A clear photo showing the damage or defect

Damages & Issues
We encourage you to inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something isn’t quite right — whether it’s damaged, defective, or the wrong item — please contact us right away. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

We want you to feel confident trying your EarthVibe KneeRelief-Elite. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The request must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • The item must be returned in good condition

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund Details

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • A restocking/handling fee of $10 may be deducted

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the return is received

  • Reason for return

  • Subject line: RETURN

We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear

  • Returns requested after 30 days

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
